Power of Attorney
A power of attorney authorizes someone who you trust to act for you, especially in regard to financial matters. The power of attorney can become effective as soon as you execute it. This can be helpful if someone is helping you to manage your financial affairs. The power of attorney can be written so that it does not become effective until you are found to be incapable of handling your own financial affairs. Under this option you can continue to manage your own affairs as long as you are able, knowing that when you can no longer manage someone will be authorized to step in and manage things for you.
I can help you to prepare a power of attorney that meets your unique needs and desires.
